Follow our step-by-step guide to transfer your workout seamlessly:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Select your workout in AZUM<\/strong>: Open your planned workout in AZUM and click on <strong>Export to Zwift<\/strong>. This will allow you to export the file.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Open the Workout Converter<\/strong>: Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/whatsonzwift.com\/convert\/workouts\">Workout Converter<\/a> and upload the downloaded file there.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Choose the file format<\/strong>: Under <strong>Convert to<\/strong>, select the <strong>MRC<\/strong> or <strong>ERG<\/strong> format.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Convert and download the file<\/strong>: Click on <strong>Convert<\/strong>, then download the converted workout file by selecting either <strong>MRC FILE<\/strong> or <strong>ERG FILE<\/strong> under <strong>Download output<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Upload the file to Rouvy<\/strong>: Open Rouvy and upload the converted <strong>.mrc<\/strong> or <strong>.erg<\/strong> file.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The workout will now automatically appear in your workout overview under <strong>Created<\/strong> and is ready to use.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Help with any issues<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you encounter any difficulties or have questions, our support team is here to help.
