Mark training as irrelevant

In the detailed view of a completed activity you can mark a training as “irrelevant” by ticking “Set training irrelevant”.

A correspondingly marked training will be removed from the analysis if it is not older than 6 weeks. It then disappears from Power Performance Calculations (PMC) and Performance Duration Curve (PDC). All stress score (TSS) based calculations are adjusted.

Example:
If a training is not finished by pressing the button on your device, an unrealistically high value for TSS may be derived, e.g. because you drive home with the car after a run. Then, this training will remain, but it can be replaced by a manually created, better fitting training. This will correct all form and fitness calculations and your PDC. In turn, the one with false data can be marked as being irrelevant.
