Mark training as irrelevant

In the detailed view of a completed activity you can mark a training as “irrelevant” by ticking “Set training irrelevant”.

A correspondingly marked training will be removed from the analysis. It then disappears from Power Performance Calculations (PMC) and Performance Duration Curve (PDC). All stress score (TSS) based calculations are adjusted.

Example:
If a training is not finished by pressing the button on your device, an unrealistically high value for TSS may be derived, e.g. because you drive home with the car after a run. Then, this training will remain, but it can be replaced by a manually created, better fitting training. This will correct all form and fitness calculations and your PDC. In turn, the one with false data can be marked as being irrelevant.
