If you want to consider the nutritional needs of your athletes, you can do so in the menu item Nutrition.
With the slider for physical activity level in everyday life and with the selection of a basal metabolic rate calculation method, you have the possibility to determine the macronutrient requirements of the person. If you also enter information on the consumption of calories and, if applicable, carbohydrates and fat in the Metabolic Profile, you will receive an overview in the Monitoring of what your athletes metabolise depending on the basal metabolic rate and the active metabolic rate.

You can use the upper slider to determine how large the proportion of the various macronutrients should be in the energy balance.
